R.O.I Crap
Dear wordy,
I am sick and am not been feeling well for the past two weeks. Thanks to the change in weather that is sometimes hot and cold.
New year is around the corner and people are preparing to celebrate this joyous occasion except for those in the business world. Every time, this year, the news will always report of a bleak future and carry on whining of a poor prospect in the upcoming years. They will continue to cite on past economic trend and disregard it’s status which be it good or bad ,cautioning investors by predicting on a poor ROI next year.
Quite sick and tired of their crap sometimes as it really does not help to elevate the spirit of those who is for the very first time is learning to engage in investing.
What can we do to shut such ignorance news….

Cumulating Your Disordered Muscles – Health & Fitness
Dear Wordy
When we are requested to extend our job role to other areas besides our current ones, will we be eager to accept and put it on our table or do we just shove it aside for rejection.
Although being a hardworking employee do gain a certain recognition for such initiatives, have we ever wondered what are the effects and consequences that comes to those who keep accepting new request with a backlog of overwhelming task that takes time to complete.
Cumulative Trauma Disorder.
What is Cumulative Trauma Disorder (CTD)?
According to Ergonomics.about.com, Cumulative Trauma Disorder(CTD) is a disorder that can affect bones, muscles, tendons, nerves and other anatomical features. It develops when micro traumas, or minute injuries, occur repeatedly from over use or misappropriate use of a body part or external force applied to the body.
Cumulative trauma may also be a combination of major and micro traumas. A large trauma may weaken the body so that micro trauma does more damage. Or the opposite may occur where micro traumas has weakened the body to a point where a larger trauma does more damage than it would have on a healthy body.
Trauma occurs when the body part is called on to work harder, stretch farther, impact more directly or otherwise function at a greater level then it is prepared for. The immediate impact may be minute, but when it occurs repeatedly the constant trauma cause damage.
External factors may apply cumulative trauma as well. Irritation, inflammation, chemical exposure and other environmental factors can cause major and micro traumas.
Also Known As: CTD, Repetitive Stress Injury, Repetitive Stress Disorders, Repetitive Strain Injuries or Disorders, Repetitive Motion Injuries or Disorders, Overuse Syndromes, Musculoskeletal Disorders.
How to treat CTD?
Although Orthopedic massage may help to reduce CTD stresses, research are still ongoing for the several Healthly Lifestyle specialist who are constantly seeking ways to improve muscle relieving products and techniques .
CTD is a disease that needs to be noted before it hits.
Sometime its better to limit ourself by doing those which we can can manage. We are not batteries. We dont work round the clock.
Work, is just a ball that will definitely bounce back anytime.Health, is a paramount and that can never be taken away for granted.
Have a healthy living.
A Crossroad of the East – Educational
Dear Wordy
Here is a short video depicting my country in the early 1930s. Much things had changed now.
From being part of the Straits Settlement to a colonial government then to a nation, the economy of the country were much driven from support in the hinterland.
Beginning as a mere fishing village, it thrives to an entrepot centre of trade. During the industrialization age of tin, rubber and petroleum, the country had managed to gain a reputation of a modern city and thus were looked upon as one those few that the world had ever seen.

A Hypothesis on Organization Health & Performance – Management
Dear Wordy
I just have to share this.
Sorry for not updating for quite some time and you really must pardon me for not that I have lost my interest in writing but i was currently busy researching on a new topic on organization performance.
For the past 2 months, I have been sitting for a class studying on a topic titled “Selective Topics In Industrial Engineering” by a very well known professor by the name of Professor Brian Peacock.
His concept of teaching was very good and I can say that it was quite unique as students are force to practice on exercises that clearly open our mind to a new level of learning.
But anyway, to cut this topic short, I did learn something very valuable during his class on modelling techniques.
Herewith below are 3 pictures that shows an analysis of costing and performance simulated over 30 runs.
This purpose of this model initially was to investigate the time taken for a person to repair a computer given a stipulated time of 8 hours only. The result shows that the person earns an average of about $3000 per month by being a one man show. The model is then improvise by adding another manpower .
What interest me is when I simulate the same event and add in additional manpower to the system. It shows an increase of revenue that averages to about $5000 per month.Comparing them both, I have about 30% profit increase and 20% efficiency increase which I find it quite significant.
I remembered reading an article previously on how some companie are actually moving towards retrenchement, downsizing and streamlining their operations to save cost.
Comparing the articles with my findings, I am not that really sure now if downsizing can actually improve the performance of an organization. We dont have much data in correlating the effect that a reduction of manpower can actually leads to increase in profit but what I know was that, my simulated analysis proofs otherwise.
An increase in manpower can actually helps to increase in profit. As per say to my hypothesis.Although the numbers may not be correct, logically we do know that more manpower will means more efficiency, More efficiency will speed up processes, system, and time. This in other words can actually help an organization grow more rapidly if it expands itself rather than downsizing. In this information technology, speed do matters.
My model was experimented in an excel format with a lot of numerical conditions but i do hope that there might be someone who can come up with a much sophisticated model to proof my opinion right.
